I wish I could give them zero starts. Our full-size AWD car was hit so we took it to the shop to get it fixed. We notified Hertz more than a month in advance that we had made our appointment with the body shop and that State Farm directed us to call them for a rental. We made it clear that day that we needed something comparable to our AWD full size car. The day of our appointment they show up in a Nissan Versa, a subcompact car that is front wheel drive, we were downgraded. I called to see if we could exchange the car for an SUV since we got approval from State Farm, instead we were given the run around. Very unprofessional and unorganized business.

The staff here was very fast and friendly, and made renting a car a breeze. My car was nice and very clean, as well.
The last time we rented from this location for my mother the staff was very friendly and nice to us really appreciate service like that!!!
Was overcharged $300 plus dollars that I was assured the insurance company was going to pay for. The rental was from an accident that was not my fault. State Farm and hertz both lied to me about this. If they fix it i will rereview them and up the rating.Wife called and spoke with Mark who was extremely rude tried to lie about the bill,insurance and the day we returned the car.What kind of business is ran like this?
