Customer service is horrible here. We weren't greeted upon walking into the business while the employees talked to each other. After finally being acknowledged, the employee answered a phone call and completely stopped servicing us to handle a customer on the phone. We were then handed off to another employee who was interrupted by the same person who decided not to service us when we first walked in. Will never do business here again
Rented a car online and needed to pick it up within an hour. I rented the car at the end of the day, and on a Saturday. Not only was it the only car they had left but they had it cleaned, washed, and ready to go by the time i got there. The staff was great. Very friendly and professional. I am glad i went here to rent my car. Easy pick-up and easy drop-off. Thank you Avis.
Nice people, my rental is always spotless and detailed like showroom quality. Plus, the prices are Great. Can I hire their Detailer for my personal vehicle !!! LOL.
