Had dinner there last night with my husband. Drove 45 minutes in crazy Christmas traffic to get there because we love the place and hubby wanted their ribs but had the WORST experience ever! It was ridiculous. I thought I was on candid camera or something it was so ridiculous. First, we order just some water with lemon and wait 10 minutes.... waiter comes and says there are no glasses available for water at the moment. Really? No glasses? There was hardly any people in there eating. Finally brings the water with NO lemon. We wait 10 more minutes... he finally comes to get our order. We order our food and Hubby goes to use the restroom and comes back and tells me how filthy it was and there was no soap and no paper towels. Again... There is hardlly any people here. Why is the bathroom filthy? We sit there waiting assuming our food will be coming right out because its not very busy. 10 more minutes go by Waiter comes back and says they have no ribs after we have been sitting there thinking our food is about to be served. It took that long to figure out you don't have ribs. Why did you not come right back out and get a new order from us? We are very disappointed so the manager comes to the table and says sorry about the ribs , they are cooking but it would be an hour before they would be done because they are slow cooked. So hubby orders sushi instead. Manager gives us a 10 dollar gift card which was nice but..... Twenty minutes later out comes the waiter again. Says they were wrong they actually do have ribs. Seriously.... the manager just told us they had to cook for another hour but we say ok, we will take the ribs. We wait thinking our food should be right out. Here comes the waiter again and says they have to remake all our food because it sat in the window too long waiting on the ribs. At this point I am looking for the hidden camera because I am about to lose it! We have been waiting about 45 to 50 minutes or so now and still no food! Waiter knows I am pissed and like 2 minutes later out comes the food that he said all had to be remade because it sat to long? Obviously it wasn't remade because he came right back out with it. After all this you would think they would comp that meal but NO.... they discounted it and we used the 10 dollar gift card. The bill had the ribs and the sushi on the bill but we had ordered the sushi to replace the ribs ( that they didn't have) but we still had a bill. Should have been free after that whole fiasco. I'm still pissed today about it and it takes a lot to get me mad. Get it together Chang's!
Great food nice atmosphere if you want authentic chinese food this is the restaurant
I have been to many P.F. Chamgs locations on the east and west coasts. This location has the best tasting food that i have ever recieved. The service not so much. Seems the staff are not engaging thwir customers and encouraging a light atmosphere. Makes them seem somewhat snooty and they could make this place the best if only they step it up a bit. Not to mention make more money. I jabe been a chef for many years now and can tell you that the kitchen knows how to develops great flavors. Keep looking forward.
Very good restraunt. We were disappointed that they change the recipe for their calamary. It was good but not exceptional like before. Now it's like everybody else's.
One hour 50 minute wait for our food which was lulewarm. The waiter threw the kitchen staff under the bus blamimg them. Raw chicken served to the two children with us. Worst food and service ever at a PF Chang's!
