Very long wait, even when you get there early. I had a difficult time breathing due to the smell of other people in the waiting room. I stood in the back corner to get away from the smell, but it doesn't matter where you wait, you can't get away from it. They need some strong room deodorizer. When my number finally got called, I was so glad to breathe again. I understand some people don't have access to proper hygene, but everybody should have access to breathable air.
I hate this place so much that I drive (get a ride actually, since I can't drive) all the way out to the Wooster office because they have it together!
There's almost no wait, the staff is friendly and the security guards (yes I said "guards" as in multiple people lol) are on their A game - no chitchat if it's even a teeny bit busy and even though the waiting room is huge if there is a physically disabled person who NEEDS TO SIT the security guard makes someone moving so that the other can sit!!
I don't understand why they built such a puny building to service a county this big...the wait time is absolutely ridiculous, the staff has to be the rudest people I have ever encountered and I've seen walk in closets bigger than the waiting room; which, by the way is always packed to the point of standing room only: capable people are sitting in the chairs and people who need to sit have to stand and the security guard is too busy chatting with the staff or clients he/she knows to make people move out the way for the physically disabled to sit down!!
Amazing how long I had to wait to be called. There were so many people waiting there that I had to stand. I waited for 1:45h to be called! The person that got me at least was very kind and patient, and could answer my questions.
Went in on Monday @1:56 pm and was out at 2:05pm.
This place SUCKS!!
I really recommend if y'all are having trouble with this location and have the ability to travel, GO TO THE WOOSTER OFFICE and stop wasting your time here because you DONT have to go to your local office to do something...they are interconnected and as long as you go to a location in Ohio you are all good
The wait time is horrible I've been up there multiple times for just one thing and I never get any true answers when I'm there and some of the worker's r just plain rude...if I have a question I came to u for answers that is ur job, but they expect me to understand what they r talking about just by reading the letter they sent to me again, OK I already read it can u explain it now???
