I love the desk clerks! They are so helpful, patient and friendly no matter how crazy things might have gotten! I love staying here! It is very clean. I stayed over a w week and they were great at making sure i was ok and didn't need anything! Thank you so much Red Roof Inn on Arlington in Akron Ohio! You guys are so wonderful!!!
Room was nice. Desk attendant very friendly and helpful. Only issue, I requested a first floor room cause I'm handicapped but they didn't honor my request. Even though I had a guaranteed reservation, I arrived around 8 pm & was told they had just given my first floor room to someone else & if I would have arrived an half hour earlier I would have had a first floor. I don't think my arrival time should have made a difference since I had a guaranteed room
It's a nice sized room. Bathroom is on the small side, not enough lighting. There is no in room mini coffee maker like other places, no mini fridge, or microwave. Those come in an upgraded larger room. Not very satisfied. It's good if your staying one night.
Horrible experience. Rooms were dirty and disgusting. Food was left in the refrigerator so we knew the room wasnt cleaned. Got another room and the carpet and bathroom were filthy. No other rooms available. People sittinh outside having parties and the sidewalk. Terrible
My best advice is NOT TO STAY HERE! The non-smoking rooms smell like smoke, they're not stocked or cleaned. It's just terrible, worst hotel experience my family and I ever had! If I could give no stars, I would.
