I was buying a microwave but every store was out of stock of the one I wanted or only had the display model. Hannah in customer service helped me to purchase the floor model and I got a discount on it. Wonderful customer service very delightful person to work with! Love this store! They go above and beyond to help you out.

Should be no stars! Came in to pick up carpet that was ordered a month earlier. Homeowner called to confirm order a few weeks later. Waited in store for an hour so they could bring me the wrong carpet. After 3 hrs at the store, they decided to deliver carpet to job. They brought 99 yds all in one roll. Had to cut each individual room after they said they would cut it. And then to top it off they didn't bring carpet pad with delivery. Worst experience ever in a store. Employees were rude and unhelpful. Now I have to go to job an extra day to finish. They're employees were paid to cost me money. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know and people I don't know the miserable experience me and the homeowners had at Lowes.

The service is slow going. I'm not as impressed as I was with years past. Nevertheless, they still keep a very clean store. And they always have pretty good deals on tools. And if you sign up for an lar account you can save 5%. I will shop here when they have something that Home Depot does not.

With the exception of a couple departments (nursery, for instance), I find that employees usually ask if they can help you, especially if you look like you need it. I definitely prefer this to the obvious competition less than a mile away.

These people have no idea what's going on. Go to pick up a will-call of material already paid for by the customer. " I don't know if I can do that" after 15 mins of fighting with her now she can but it's going to be about and hour. Customers going to to pay for the rest of the material over the phone because she's busy.... " I'm not calling anyone anytime for anything" using the same number she used to buy the first items. Beyond rude and borderline lazy when it comes to doing there jobs. Hour for 3 doors and 2 mins to pick a phone up when I've done it 100s of time. Don't bother coming here for material for jobs. Especially to the customer service desk.
