It would be nice if they were open according to their posted hours. They claim to be open today at 8am yet when you drive all the way there they are closed yet it's 845am now??? Really? Poor first impression of customer service.
I walked in a little frantic to find a pulley for a pesky job we were working on and Dawn saw the look in my eyes when I walked in. She immediately approached me and asked if she could help! I showed her what I was looking for and she directed me to it right away and even helped me carry everything back to the counter! She is def a team oriented person! Give that girl a pat on the back!!! Way to go Harbor Freight!!!
BUSY STORE... Been to many - great for certain consumables. This store is always busy (not a bad thing). Staff is helpful, stock is good. Parking can be a challenge - and the layout is awkward.
The HF stores in MO need to come take some lessons from this place. This is the cleanest, most organized and well stocked HF store I've ever been in, by far. The staff is friendly and actually helpful. Yes, you mostly get what you pay for, but a lot of times, that's good enough.
