They kept us informed about when our Furniture would arrive & were accurate. They delivered & set up carefully. I will never use the Big Box Office Store again! This was the best experience I have had in dealing with furniture ordering and delivering for a small company. I love the customer service and the way Michael took care of everything! A shout-out to his delivery team as they were very careful not to nick or damage anything-not the furniture or the walls. This is a terrific little company and they can handle orders fall sizes. I am now a huge fan!
