I went in looking for furniture for a new apartment, specifically couches (sectionals). I was pleasantly surprised by this place! They have a great selection and a lot to choose from. The salesman I worked with (I believe his name is Dan but can't remember) was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. They also deliver for cheap compared to other places. I found a sectional here for $800, which was cheaper than most other places I looked at. This is a great place for college students or recent college graduates, like myself, who want decent furniture for a reasonable price.
This was probably the worst store I could have ever shopped at in my life. Half of my furniture at this location was sold out of layaway, I was delivered the wrong bed and then the next one was missing a piece. My third trundle bed broke within 3 weeks. Horrible service I will NEVER even look at this store again. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
Bought couch roughly 18months ago, paid about 600$ for it. At 6 months the cushion were matting down heavily and started showing lots of wear. I called and they said being I did not buy extended warranty they would do nothing. At 12 months the cushions are so worn it like sitting on the wood frame. And it looks like it 10yrs old. At 18 months all the springs have broken and all cushions have ripped from underneath, after cutting back fabric off I see why, made out of press board and plywood. Spring diameter is so small, and are tied together with rope (yes rope). The quality of this couch is insanely cheap (yes I understand it not a lazy boy but wow). This couch is a waste of money. The one I have has hardly been used seeing it's in a room we don't use and no kids aloud. I'd give it zero stars if if I could. Think I would of been better off picking a couch off the curb.
As an update American Freight has offered to provide me with new furniture after the experience I have had in trying to use my warranty. They delivered brand new couches to my home with no fee to me. Pretty awesome.
Shop around! service is good but you can get a MUCH nicer mattress for the money. MUCH
