Love shopping at Macy's. With sales and coupons they have the best prices in town for the quality of merchandise available. Clerks are always helpful and friendly.

I can't believe how rude the cosmetic staff is they refuse to wrap gifts I purchased from them might I add I only had 2 small gifts that lady was soo horrible to me I actually avoid this macys because in a scared of the cosmetic counter women it's a shame I have to think about this place like that
Didn't get waited on in the shoe dept. I figured that I'll go to the Macy's in Kent and try there. Sandals are on sale. Hopefully saleppl are nicer,because the ladies at Summit Mall didn't look busy, although maybe they were, if standing around means your busy.
