Be careful, as this location clearly is hurting and is willing to fast-talk people into scams. I for sure will never shop there again.
Everyone I dealt with there was helpful friendly and took the time to care. Hunter down in men's clothing was particularly helpful. Gina up in housewares was very sweet and helpful and Shawn in housewares was very considerate to my needs. All in all they made it a great day for me.
Went in 2 months ago to purchase a pair of shoes for a wedding I was in later that day. The sales manager fast-talked me into what he described was a membership program to receive an extra 15% off. I had no problem with this, but without understanding I was signed up for their credit card. I started getting harassed this past week with multiple phone calls per day saying I had an overdue balance. I was charged interest and ended up paying more than had there never been a sale!
I found everything I was looking for, plus got my hair done. The service was great. Prices were good, too. So glad to have this store still open at Chapel Hill Mall.
They do good hair but like to charge you for everything after you get it done.I was told it was $27 for a wash, condition, and flat iron.After I got my hair done I was never told that it was extra just to deep condition my hair and that's ridiculous to me. I also got my ends trimmed and that was extra to which I figured. So I paid $42 instead of the $27. I'll be taking my services else where.
