You can read my much more detailed review on the BBB website however, a completely unprofessional encounter. Ultimately the assessment was a leaky part of my flashing, it was sealed in a matter of 10min, I was charged 125.00, turned out it wasn't the only issue and still had leaking. And never could get a hold of them again. Every call to their main line went to voicemail and I never got a response.
One of their solicitors came to the door and told me to get out a ball peen hammer and put holes in the siding and my ins. Company would pay for new siding. Sounds like a bunch of sheisty people to me...
They responded quickly to my request for service and fixed my porch roof within a day of my call. They also gave me an honest evaluation as to the condition of the roof and I will be going back to them if I ever have any other issues.
