I eventually got frustrated on the phone after he was going to reschedule me for a third time, when someone showed up that same day to do the work.
They did a really good job for a good price and I'm happy with the work.
I needed 8 shutters painted and with Sapronetti.
I went back and forth with the guy for 3 weeks trying to schedule a day and he was impossible to work with. Continually forgot my name, the job i asked him to do, and any discussed time for service.
Just be prepared for a weirdly difficult customer service experience.
