Great service! I took my pants to get dry cleaned and it was like I had a personal dry cleaning service at my hands! They set me up with an account with my dry cleaning preferences. They also contact by email when your clothes are ready for pick up. This is a very professional, streamlined service! The employees talk to you on a personal level. Today was just my second time in and I was being asked about my plans for the weekend. This is not just good business, but it's called being human and communicating with each other. They also do jacket, zipper, and shoe repair. Thank you so much!

Staff is friendly, however I dropped my linen jacket off for cleaning and I got it back with the material pilled and shrunk. Upon taking it to men's warehouse they could clearly see that a 400 linen coat was washed and improperly cleaned. It even shrunk and city cleaners now claim a manufacture defect and will not reimburse me for the coat. The tags on the inside of the coat were even faded and washed off and city cleaners claim it wasn't washed or improperly cleaned. This cleaner is extremely expensive and does a poor job and goes about business entirely the wrong way. They would've kept me as a customer if they handled my jacket the right way, but this business will only look out for themselves. Customer service is NOT a priority.
