AGAIN!! AWFUL!!! Got a consultation from Cervino(who has obvious parkensons and is a surgeon, really?!!) ,and was told I would be contacted after a pre cert letter was sent in for scar tissue removal. Only to find out the letter was never sent, then they tried to lie about it. UNLESS YOU'RE GETTIN A BOOB JOB OR TUMMY TUCK THEY DON'T GIVE A $HIT!!!
