The store is actually kind of a pared down version of whole foods. Much smaller bulk section which was a huge draw to Whole Foods for me. Also the craft beer even local brews are 1-2$ more than at even a gas station. The prepared food and salad bar was also lacking. I feel like as a grocery store and a Whole Foods this is only a 2 star. I can get 10x the products and services at a Giant Eagle for much less. I love Whole Foods but this store has not yet hit it's stride.
Super nice inside, though it can be on the busy side as it just opened last month. Prices are fair for a lot of the produce. Huge selection on healthy eats and most items are locally sourced or fair trade sourced. If you are big into that, this is definitely your place.
I love everything about this place. The competition is much too large and sell everything I *don't* want... It's easy to find what I'm looking for; in and out. I can get my groceries, an amazing Artisan coffee or superb Asian bubble tea, and I don't feel the need to shop anywhere else. All the while, I feel as though I'm getting a deal without much research and effort on my part. Whole Foods 365 offers better options at a more affordable price point. Even with the packed parking lot and large crowd, I was at max 5 minutes in a single queue. Their online presence is light years ahead of the crowd. Their loyalty program is fun and engaging. Gas "perks" don't hold a candle to Whole Foods 365 Rewards. Arguably, the *perfect* grocery shopping experience.
The staff are super friendly and informative. There are also some kiosks to sign up for their rewards/member system, as well as digital screen scales that will print out bar codes for the product you weigh, which helps a lot in checkout.
Affordable food, nice produce section. Some quality stuff available very cheap. Consistency is a problem, if you find something you like it may not be there a week later. A lot more heat-n-serve food than I expected and in small quantities. Feels like most of the store is geared towards single persons. They have a great egg selection, but there has been a mess of broken eggs in the display case since the opening week. Checkout staff can range from friendly & nice to surly. I've seen staff arguing with managers on the floor a couple times, and even completely block the aisles doing restock. Kind of odd. Overall, a great local addition to the food scene. I'll be back weekly.
Meat section is a bit on the small side, but the cuts are very good. There are also a lot of fresh made items, as well as items you can have made while you shop. Thos place offers a good chance for you to try something new or on the healthier side while not breaking the bank.
Prices are very reasonable. Pretty good produce. Selection overall is just okay. Most things can be found here, but many items you can get at a full WF are not available here. Bulk section is very small, for example. Staff are very friendly.
