I wanted to take a moment to write a letter recognizing Miller Roofing. My wife and I were building a new garage addition and were interested in having a metal roof installed. Listening to the radio I had heard an advertisement for Miller Roofing so I thought I would give them a call for a price quote.
Jeff listened to what I wanted and suggested that I look at a new metal finish. He got samples from his truck and I liked what he showed me. He provided an estimate and said to call 2-3 weeks ahead of when I would be ready for my roof. I notified him 3 weeks in advance and he stopped out and did his measurements, confirmed my plans, and advised me that he would place the order and it would be ready in 7-10 days. This was in December and the mild winter was starting to get cold and ugly so I decided to hire a professional carpenter crew to come in and set my roof trusses and sheathing. They completed that job in 3 days. I advised Jeff of the quicker progress than anticipated and he informed me his crew would be here the next day to seal the roof. The next day materials were delivered and a crew was onsite installing my roof. 3 days later I had a beautiful roof.

My very first impression was with the owner, Jeff Miller, on the phone. He was very polite and courteous and setup a time to come out to review my blue prints on a Saturday morning at 10:00am. Saturday morning around 9:15am Jeff telephoned me to let me know that he was running a bit behind from his first appointment and wanted to know if it would be ok if he met me at 11am instead. I was extremely impressed that he cared enough to call me to let me know that he was going to be late. He arrived at my house before 11am and apologized for being late. His consideration of my time and his business ethic impressed me before we even got started with the blue prints.

I decided to ask Jeff if he could also do my siding/fascia to help get my garage sealed before the snow started. We were nearing the end of December and I was panicking. Again, Jeff contacted me within a day and had a siding crew installing the siding on my house within a few days of completing my roof. The roof and siding job is AWESOME. We could not be happier with the customer service and workmanship that we received. I had only 1 minor issue that needed to be fixed and again Jeff responded to my request immediately and will be here tomorrow to correct the problem. You cannot ask for any better customer service than what these guys provide. I have given their name to many of my friends asking for roofers. I would like to give Miller Roofing a certificate of appreciation that shows the customer appreciation I feel they so rightfully deserve.
