The Manager Allison is outstanding! What a nice lady. Went out of her way to help me find just the right thing for my daughter! I will certainly be shopping at Express again and will shop at the Summit Mall store.
I called about exchanging an online item. Jillian was very helpful! She informed me that the item I needed to exchange was in stock and she would put it on hold until I arrived at the location. Once I came to make my exchange, she immediately remembered my name and promptly made the exchange. She was a very sweet and friendly girl.
A good place for people with good and in shape bodies to shop. I can't shop here because I am a fat slob with cankles. But the clothes and staff are top notch.
