Insufficient service hours.
Fantastic staff. They kept the same employees after People's transitioned from North Akron Savings. They have helped me many times on different issues and have secured my money very well.
The people ARE friendly. Their rates have been great and their hours equal to ANY other establishment that isn't in a grocery store.
Poor customer service, no politeness of the workers. Rude employees
As far as the "negative" reviews. Most banks do not have translators - and as I have been witness to many times on North Hill in Akron - the bank staff have tried to understand multiple languages from the multi-cultural neighborhoods as best they can. If you can't communicate what you need then how is the staff supposed to understand your needs? You ALSO can't cash personal checks immediately from a foreign bank or checking account with thorough research by the bank.
